Types of appointments
Appointments are available:
In person at 163 Lawrence Street Wodonga (street parking available) or offsite by arrangement for a ‘Walk and Talk’ appointment.
Before your first appointment
Prior to your first appointment a Consent and Intake Form will be emailed to you. These forms can be submitted online prior your initial appointment.
Appointment Details
Our sessions are usually 45-50 minutes long with shorter sessions available for younger children as needed.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
Existing clients can conveniently book, reschedule or cancel their appointments using our online Client Portal system. The link to the Client Portal will be sent to you with your Intake and Consent forms.
Payments
- Full payment is required on the day of appointment. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
- NDIS clients will be emailed an invoice with payment required within 14 days.
- Medicare rebates are currently not available.
Cancellation Policy
Please note a fee will apply for cancellations or missed appointments if less than 24 hours notice is given.
